Program Overview

Determining appropriate treatment for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) is complex due to the heterogeneity of the patient population, the occurrence of multiple disease relapses and the availability of multiple options. Patients who are “penta-refractory” to two immunomodulatory (IMiD) agents, two proteasome inhibitors (PI) and a CD38-targeting monoclonal antibody (mAb) have poor outcomes with a median survival less than six months. This population represents a significant unmet need for improved treatment options for MM.

In this CME-certified, Twitter-based activity, we will explore outcomes for patients with RRMM, including health disparities that impact mortality, mortality trends and predictors of survival, and triple-class refractory disease.

Target Audience

This program is intended for hematologists, oncologists, nurses, specialty advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) involved in the management and treatment of patients with MM.
