Program Overview

The benefit of quadruplet regimens in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM), as demonstrated by multiple clinical trials, builds on the established efficacy of triplet regimens for patients with NDMM. Recent advances have led several MM thought leaders to consider discarding the potentially outdated terminology of ‘transplant eligible’ and ‘transplant ineligible’ as now we have effective therapies for all patients in the newly diagnosed setting. Quadruplet induction therapy, coupled with risk-adapted maintenance strategies, represents a significant step forward in personalized cancer treatment.

This CME-certified, social media-based Tweetorial will explore the efficacy data supporting the use of quadruplet regimens in NDMM.

Target Audience

This program is intended for hematologists, medical oncologists, hematology and oncology fellows and trainees, advanced practice providers. Also nurses, oncology and BMT pharmacists, researchers involved in the care of patients with MM may benefit from this program.

  • Appraise efficacy data from pivotal clinical trials assessing current and emerging quadruplet therapies

  • Interpret the role of MRD in guiding decision-making for patients with NDMM
